Proclamation No. 548
RESERVING FOR MARKET SITE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF RONDA, PROVINCE OF CEBU, ISLAND OF CEBU.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for market site purposes, under the administration of the Director of Health, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the Poblacion, municipality of Ronda, Province of Cebu, island of Cebu, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16191, to wit:
Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16191, S. 76° 32′ E. 224.36 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, Mp. of Ronda, thence N. 44° 15′ W., 101.84 m. to point 2; N. 49° 19″ E., 67.13 m. to point 3; S. 58°...
