Proclamation No. 474
RESERVING FOR MARKET SITE PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF BUENAVISTA, MUNICIPALITY OF JETAFE, PROVINCE OF BOHOL, ISLAND OF BOHOL.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for market site purposes, under the administration of the municipal council of Jetafe, Bohol, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in. the barrio of Buenavista, municipality of Jetafe, Province of Bohol, Island of Bohol, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu-99746, to wit;
