RESERVING FOR MILITARY PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF BULUAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-one of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for military purposes, under the administration of the Chief of Staff, Philippine Army, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the Municipal District of Buluan, Province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Ir-147-A, to wit:
Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-147-A, S. 35ْ 17 E. 40.05 m. from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipality of Buluan; thence S. 80ْ 12 E. 8.17 m. to point 2; S. 17ْ 27 W. 41.08 m. to point 3; N. 89ْ 36 W. 117.47 m....

Reservation of Land for Military Purposes
- A parcel of land situated in the Municipal District of Buluan, Province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, is withdrawn from sale or settlement and reserved for military purposes.
- The land is described in detail, including its boundaries, area, and specific points marked on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-147-A.
- The land is placed under the administration of the Chief of Staff, Philippine Army, subject to private rights, if any.
- The land is described as follows:
- Beginning at point 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-147-A, with specific coordinates and bearings provided.
- Containing an area of 17.9791 hectares.
- Bounded by properties of various individuals and entities, including Hadji Baguñgab Pandita, the Government of the Philippine Islands (the Philippine Constabulary), Purificacion Pablo, Tempoloc Musa (Moro), Buluan River, Buluan Settlement Farm Extension (Bureau of Education), the municipal district of Buluan, and Gavino Tongo.
