RESERVING FOR MILITARY PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF CENTRAL, MUNICIPALITY OF PUERTO PRINCESA, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, ISLAND OF PALAWAN.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section sixty-four (d) of the Revised Administrative Code, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for military purposes, under the administration of the Chief of Staff of the Philippine Army, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Central, municipality of Puerto Princesa, Province of Palawan, Island of Palawan, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Ir-457, to wit:

Reservation of Land for Military Purposes
- A parcel of public domain land situated in the Barrio of Central, Municipality of Puerto Princesa, Province of Palawan, Island of Palawan is withdrawn from sale or settlement and reserved for military purposes.
- The parcel of land is described in Bureau of Lands plan Ir-457 with the following details:
    - Beginning at point 1 (N. 47° 09' W. 347.16 m. from B.L.L.M. No. 1, municipality of Puerto Princesa), then S. 38° 33' W. 60.00 m. to point 2, N. 51° 28' W. 40.00 m. to point 3, N. 38° 33' E. 59.98 m. to point 4, S. 51° 29' E. 39.99 m. to point 1 (point of beginning).
    - Containing an area of 2,399 square meters.
    - Points 1, 2, 3, and 4 are points under water.
    - Bounded on the northeast by sea water, and on the southeast, southwest, and northwest by Puerto Princesa Bay.
    - Bearings true, Declination 1° 37' E.
- The parcel of land is reserved for military purposes under the administration of the Chief of Staff of the Philippine Army, subject to private rights, if any.
- The reservation is made pursuant to Section 64(d) of the Revised Administrative Code, upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce.
- Soundings in feet at mean lower low water have been obtained from Data of Development Plan of the Port of Puerto Princesa.
- The Proclamation was signed by President Manuel L. Quezon on April 4, 1939, in the City of Manila.
