RESERVING FOR MILITARY PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF SAN ROQUE, MUNICIPALITY OF TARLAC, PROVINCE OF TARLAC, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-one of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended, I hereby withdraw form sale or settlement and reserve for military purposes, under the administration of the Chief of Staff, Philippine Army, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of San Roque, municipality of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14680, to wit:

Reservation of Land for Military Purposes
- A parcel of public domain land situated in Barrio San Roque, Municipality of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac, Island of Luzon, is withdrawn from sale or settlement and reserved for military purposes under the administration of the Chief of Staff, Philippine Army.
- The land is described in detail, including its boundaries, area (47,800 square meters), and survey details.
- The reservation is subject to private rights, if any exist.
- The legal basis for the reservation is Section 81 of Act No. 2874, as amended.
- The proclamation is signed by President Manuel L. Quezon on October 21, 1936, and countersigned by the Secretary of the Interior, Elpidio Quirino.
