Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonweatlh Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I, hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for military purposes, under the administration of the Chief of Staff of the Philippine Army, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the Manila Port Area, District of Intramuros, City of Manila, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Ir-542, to wit: Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-452, S. 57° 16’ W. 1,431.23 m., more or less, from Binondo Church spire, City of Manila, and S. 83° 36’ W. 1,418.80 m., more or less, from fire hydrant No. 28, City of Manila, thence...
