- Pursuant to Section 81 of Act No. 2874, as amended, the following parcel of public domain is withdrawn from sale or settlement and reserved for military purposes under the administration of the Chief of Staff, Philippine Army:
• Lot No. 1176-B-2, Military Camp Site, a parcel of land situated in Barrio Central, Municipality of Davao, Province of Davao, Island of Mindanao, with an area of 128,081 square meters, more or less.
• The parcel is bounded and described in detail, with specific bearings, distances, and coordinates provided. (Section 1)
- The reservation is subject to private rights, if any. (Section 1)
- The proclamation is signed by President Manuel L. Quezon on September 7, 1936, and countersigned by Secretary of the Interior Elpidio Quirino.

Proclamation No. 85
RESERVING FOR MILITARY PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DAVAO, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-one of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for military purposes, under the administration of the Chief of Staff, Philippine Army, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the Barrio of Central, Municipality of Davao, Province of Davao, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Bsd-5154, to wit:
Lot No. 1176-B-2, Military Camp Site.A parcel of land (lot No. 1176-B-2 of the subdivision plan Bsd-5154, being a portion of lot No. 1176-B of the cadastral survey of Davao, G. L. R. O.
