Reserving For Municipal Building Site Purposes Ten Parcels of the Public Domain Situated in the Municipal District of Glan, Province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao

- Pursuant to Section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, the President withdraws from sale or settlement and reserves the following parcels of public domain in Glan, Cotabato for municipal building site purposes:

• Lot No. 1 - Containing 920 square meters, bounded by streets on the north, east, and west, and Lot No. 3 on the east.
• Lot No. 2 - Containing 920 square meters, bounded by streets on the south and west, and Lots No. 4 on the east and street on the north.
• Lot No. 3 - Containing 920 square meters, bounded by streets on the south and east, Lot No. 1 on the west, and Lot No. 5 on the east.
• Lot No. 4 - Containing 920 square meters, bounded by streets on the south and east, Lot No. 2 on the west, and Lot No. 6 on the east.
• Lot No. 5 - Containing 920 square meters, bounded by streets on the south and east, Lot No. 3 on the west, and Lot No. 7 on the east.
• Lot No. 6 - Containing 920 square meters, bounded by streets on the south and east, Lot No. 4 on the west, and Lot No. 8 on the east.
• Lot No. 7 - Containing 920 square meters, bounded by streets on the south and east, Lot No. 5 on the west, and Lot No. 9 on the east.
• Lot No. 8 - Containing 920 square meters, bounded by streets on the south and east, Lot No. 6 on the west, and Lot No. 10 on the east.
• Lot No. 9 - Containing 920 square meters, bounded by streets on the north, east, and south, and Lot No. 7 on the west.
• Lot No. 10 - Containing 920 square meters, bounded by streets on the north, east, and south, and Lot No. 8 on the west.

The lots are subject to private rights, if any, and will be under the administration of the municipal district of Glan, Cotabato.
