Proclamation No. 108
RESERVING FOR PARK AND GARDEN PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF ZAMBOANGA, PHILIPPINES.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-one of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for park and garden purposes, under the administration of the City of Zamboanga, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14674, to wit:
Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14674, N. 16ْ 09 W. 834.26 m. from NE. corner at the Nueva and del Fuerte Streets crossing at Isabela of Basilan, thence S. 8ْ 24 E. 25.87 m. to point 2; N. 48ْ 17 E. 196.77 m. to point 3; N. 75ْ 59 W. 164.50 m. to point 4; N. 11ْ 23 W. 91.25 m. to point 5; S. 74ْ 08 W. 106.53 m. to point 6; S. 7ْ 47 W. 77.49 m....
