Proclamation No. 421
RESERVING FOR PLANT PROPAGATION STATION PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF DIGOS, MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA CRUZ, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for plaint propagation station purposes, under the administration of the Director of Plant Industry, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Digos, municipality of Santa Cruz, Province of Davao, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Ir-458, to wit:
Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-458, S. 77° 14′ W. 1,258.89 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 62, Santa Cruz cadastre No. 275, thence N. 42° 57′ E. 251.16 m. to point 2; N. 23°...
