Reserving for Plaza, Landing, and Municipal Building Site Purposes Three Parcels of the Public Domain Situated in the Municipality of San Dionisio, Province of Iloilo, Island of Panay

- Withdraws from sale or settlement and reserves the following parcels of public domain in San Dionisio, Iloilo for specific purposes, subject to private rights:

• Lot No. 1 (plaza) - An area of 9,071 square meters, bounded by properties of Gabino Aldegero, Ramon Delis, Calle Real, Calle Arceo, and Calle Rizal. (Section 83, Commonwealth Act No. 141)

• Lot No. 3 (landing) - An area of 577 square meters, bounded by Concepcion Bay, property of Clonans Caster, Calle Taft, and property of E. Juaniza. (Section 83, Commonwealth Act No. 141)

• Lot No. 4 (municipal building site) - An area of 8,627 square meters, bounded by Calle Arceo, Calle Real, property of Apolinario Hipolito, and Calle Rizal. (Section 83, Commonwealth Act No. 141)

- The parcels are placed under the administration of the municipality of San Dionisio, Iloilo.

- Bearings, declination, survey dates, and approval dates are provided for each lot.

- Signed by President Manuel L. Quezon on October 13, 1938.
