- Four parcels of public domain land situated in the municipality of San Jose, Province of Antique, Island of Panay are withdrawn from sale or settlement and reserved for provincial capitol ground and park purposes under the administration of the Province of Antique, subject to private rights, if any.
- The parcels are described as follows:
• Lot No. 1644 (Section 83, Commonwealth Act No. 141): An area of 3,016 square meters bounded by Calle Gobernador V. Gella (north), Calle Carentas (east), Calle Gobernador Fullon (south), and Calle Real (west).
• Lot No. 1665 (Section 83, Commonwealth Act No. 141): An area of 3,465 square meters bounded by Calle Gobernador Fullon (north), Calle Carentas (east), Calle Teniente I. Natividad (south), and Calle Real (west).
• Lot No. 1666 (Section 83, Commonwealth Act No. 141): An area of 2,568 square meters bounded by Calle Gobernador V. Gella (north), Calle Real (east), Calle Gobernador Fullon (south), and Calle Coronel S. Salvio (west).
• Lot No. 1667 (Section 83, Commonwealth Act No. 141): An area of 2,806 square meters bounded by Calle Gobernador Fullon (north), Calle Real (east), Calle Teniente I. Natividad (south), and Calle Coronel S. Salvio (west).
- The parcels are described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15150, surveyed in February 1925-April 1927 and approved on November 4, 1937.
- The proclamation is signed by President Manuel L. Quezon on January 27, 1938, the third year of the Commonwealth of the Philippines.

MALACAÑAN PALACEManila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 250 RESERVING FOR PROVINCIAL CAPITOL GROUND AND PARK PURPOSES FOUR PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JOSE, PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE, ISLAND OF PANAY. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for provincial capitol ground and park purposes, under the administration of the Province of Antique, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the municipality of San Jose, Province of Antique, Island of Panay, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15150, to wit: Lot No. 1644.—Beginning at point marked "1" on Bureau of Lands Swo—15150, S.83° 01’ E. 11.84 m, from B.L.L.M. No. 1, municipality of San Jose, thence S. 82° 09’ E. 63.03 m. to point 2; S. 6° 46’ W. 48.84 m. to point 3; N. 83° 59’ W....
