Proclamation No. 297

RESERVING FOR RADIO STATION SITE PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF MAA, DAVAO CITY.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 64(e) of the Revised Administrative Code and section 1 of Republic Act No. 477, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement arid reserve for radio station site purposes under the administration of the Director of Telecommunications, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the private domain of the Government situated in the barrio of Maa, Davao City, which are more particularly described as follows, to wit:

(Advanced Sketch Plan)
(Proposed Radio Tuning Station Site)

A parcel of land (Lot 412-N of the Advanced Sketch Plan being a portion of Lot 412 of the cadastral survey of Davao, G.L.R.O. Cad. Record No. ), situated in the City of Davao, Island of Mindanao....

Reservation of Land for Radio Station Site
- Certain parcels of land in Barrio Maa, Davao City are withdrawn from sale or settlement and reserved for radio station site purposes under the administration of the Director of Telecommunications, subject to private rights, if any.
- The parcels are described in detail with their boundaries, area, and survey details:
• Lot 412-N (116,952 square meters)
• Lot 413-A (1,086 square meters)
- The reservation is made pursuant to Section 64(e) of the Revised Administrative Code and Section 1 of Republic Act No. 477.
- The proclamation is signed by President Elpidio Quirino on December 13, 1951.
