• The parcel has an area of 4,133 square meters, more or less, with specific boundary points and monuments indicated.

Proclamation No. 245
RESERVING FOR RAILROAD PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF PLARIDEL, MUNICIPALITY OF ATIMONAN, PROVINCE OF TAYABAS, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for railroad purposes, under the administration of the Manila Railroad Company, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Plaridel, municipality of Atimonan, Province of Tayabas, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psd-13108, to wit:
Lot No. 9569-A.A parcel of land (lot 9569-A of the subdivision plan Psd-13108, being a portion of lot No. 9569 of the cadastral survey of Atimonan, G.L.R.O.
