- Two parcels of land in the Municipality of Guimba, Province of Nueva Ecija, Island of Luzon are withdrawn from sale or settlement and reserved for railroad purposes under the administration of the Manila Railroad Company, subject to private rights, if any.
• The first parcel (lot No. 496-A) is bounded by properties of the Manila Railroad Company and other lots, with an area of 483 square meters. (Section describing the metes and bounds of the first parcel)
• The second parcel (lot No. 2871-A) is bounded by properties of the Manila Railroad Company and other lots, with an area of 1,621 square meters. (Section describing the metes and bounds of the second parcel)
• The reservation is made pursuant to Section 81 of Act No. 2874, as amended.
• The reservation is subject to private rights, if any exist.
• The parcels are marked with concrete monuments on the ground, and the bearings, declination, and survey dates are specified.

Proclamation No. 46
RESERVING FOR RAILROAD PURPOSES, TWO PARCELS OF LAND IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUIMBA, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-one of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for railroad purposes, under the administration of the Manila Railroad Company, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcels of the public domain situated in the Barrio of Naglabrahan, Municipality of Guimba, Province of Nueva Ecija, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described in Bureau of Lands plans Psd-4957 and Psd-4958, to wit:
A parcel of land (lot No. 496-A of the subdivision plan Psd-4957, being a portion of lot No. 496, of the cadastral survey of Guimba, G. L. R. O.
