MALACAÑANGManila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 391 RESERVING FOR REST SETTLEMENT PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF DALICAN, MUNICIPALITY OF DINAIG, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.
