    - Boundaries and bearings are specified in the plan.
    - Area: 45,065 square meters.
    - Bounded on the northeast and southeast by public land, and on the southwest and northwest by property of Kintos Moltio.
    - Bearings are true, with declination of 0ْ 14 E.
    - Corners are marked with B.L. concrete monuments, 15 by 60 cms, unless otherwise described.
    - Surveyed on February 28, 1934, and approved on July 18, 1934.
- The proclamation is signed by President Manuel L. Quezon on January 10, 1936, and countersigned by Secretary of the Interior Teofilo Sison.
