- Corners are marked with B.L. concrete monuments, 15 by 60 cms, unless otherwise described.
- Surveyed on February 28, 1934, and approved on July 18, 1934.
- The proclamation is signed by President Manuel L. Quezon on January 10, 1936, and countersigned by Secretary of the Interior Teofilo Sison.

Proclamation No. 20
RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND IN THE BARRIO OF TOPDAC, MUNICIPALITY OF ATOK, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-one of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain situated in the Barrio of Topdac, Municipality of Atok, Mountain Provice, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan PSM-814, to wit:
Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Psm-814, S. 20ْ 52 E. 4,924.11 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio of Naguey, municipality of Atok, thence S. 80ْ 22 E. 63.61 m. to point 2; S. 70ْ 12E. 181.78 m. to point 3; S. 33ْ 46 W....
