(Section 83, Commonwealth Act No. 141)
- The parcel of land is particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Pr-235, with the following details:
- Beginning point marked 1 on plan Pr-235, with coordinates and bearings provided.
- Containing an area of 2.3014 hectares.
- Bounded on the north and northeast by Pace Creek and property of Guillermo de la Cruz, on the east by property of Guillermo de la Cruz, on the south by public land, and on the west by property of Lope Daboco, Pace Creek, and property of Guillermo de la Cruz.
- Surveyed on December 8-9, 1936, and approved on February 9, 1940.
- The proclamation is signed by President Manuel L. Quezon on September 10, 1940, and countersigned by Secretary to the President Jorge B. Vargas.

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF BUGABOÑGAN, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF AWANG, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Bugaboñgan, municipal district of Awang, Province of Cotabato, island of Mindanao and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Pr-235, to wit:
