Proclamation No. 373
RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF CABUGBUGAN, MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA IGNACIA, PROVINCE OF TARLAC, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Cabugbugan, municipality of Santa Ignacia, Province of Tarlac, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psm-953, to wit:
Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Psm-953, S. 77° 27′ E. 5,239.75 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio of San Bartolome, municipality of Mayantoc, thence S. 79° 02′ E. 100.00 m. to point 2; S. 19° 52′ W. 100.00...
