Proclamation No. 404
RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF LABUNGAN, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF AWANG, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Labungan, municipal district of Awang, Province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu-101293, to wit:
Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Psu-101293, S. 75° 15′ E. 761.96 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, barrio of Labungan, municipal district of Awang, thence N. 88° 52′ E. 99.72 m. to point 2; S. 1° 19′ E. 95.82...
