Proclamation No. 447
RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF SIBUTO, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF AWING, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Sibuto, municipal district of Awang, Province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psm-547, to wit:
Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15928, which is identical with B. L. 3. M. No. 1, barrio of Sibuto, municipal district of Awang, thence S. 70° 38′ E. 182.48 m. to point 2; S. 23° 03′ W. 146.99 m. to point 3;...
