RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN, SITUATED IN THE BARRIOS OF ATABAY AND POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JOSE, PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE, ISLAND OF PANAY.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section Eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrios of Atabay and Poblacion, municipality of San Jose, Province of Antique, Island of Panay, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Pr-227, to wit:
Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Pr-227, N. 16° 19′ E. 1,024.57 m. more or less from B. B. M. No. 8, San Jose Cadastre No. 216, thence N. 18° 30′ E 189.34 m. to point 2; N. 52°...

Reserving for School Purposes a Parcel of the Public Domain
- Withdraws from sale or settlement and reserves for school purposes a parcel of public domain located in the barrios of Atabay and Poblacion, municipality of San Jose, Province of Antique, Island of Panay.
- The parcel is described in detail with coordinates, bearings, and boundaries, covering an area of 10.8295 hectares.
- The parcel is designated as Lot No. 1933 of San Jose Cadastre No. 216, Case No. 1.
- The reservation is subject to private rights, if any.
- The parcel is placed under the administration of the Director of Education.
- The proclamation is issued by President Manuel L. Quezon on August 12, 1938, pursuant to Section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141.
