Proclamation No. 367
RESERVING FOR WATERSHED PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF YAGANAC, MUNICIPALITY OF CALAUAG, PROVINCE OF TAYABAS, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for watershed purposes, under the administration of the municipality of Calauag, Tayabas, subject to private rigths if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Yaganac, municipality of Calauag, Province of Tayabas, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr222, to wit:
Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-222, S. 77° 27′ E. 1,982.95 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 2, barrio of Yaganac, municipality of Calauag, thence N. 74° 24′ E. 124.33 m. to point 2; N. 59° 48′ E. 74.35 m, to...
