Proclamation No. 357
RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATION IN THE BARRIO OF LUYANG, MUNICIPALITY OF CARMEN, PROVINCE OF CEBU, ISLAND OF CEBU.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and-forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Bureau of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Luyang, municipality, of Carmen, Province of Cebu, Island of Cebu, and particularly described in the Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15383, to wit:
