• Lot No. 79 - Area: 2,313 sq.m., bounded by Laguna Bay, Lot No. 80, Lot No. 146, and Lot No. 78. (Section 83, Commonwealth Act No. 141)
• Lot No. 80 - Area: 4,807 sq.m., bounded by Laguna Bay, Lot No. 81, Lot No. 142, and Lot No. 79. (Section 83, Commonwealth Act No. 141)
• Lot No. 81 - Area: 2,463 sq.m., bounded by Laguna Bay, road, Lot No. 141, and Lot No. 80. (Section 83, Commonwealth Act No. 141)

Proclamation No. 423
RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES FOUR PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF SINALHAN, MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA ROSA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Sinalhan, municipality of Santa Rosa, Province of Laguna, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swc15969, to wit:
Lot No. 78.Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15969, S. 53° 55′ E. 1,142.05 cm., more or less, from S. R. No. 1, Santa Rosa Extension, thence N. 55° 58′ W. 146.75 m. to point 2; S. 32° 45′ E. 22.10 m. to point 3;...
