- The land is described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu-104507, with the following details:
    - Bounded on the northeast and northwest by Bortong Creek (6-8 m. wide); on the southeast, by provincial road (20 m. wide) to Cabunagan Gate; and on the southwest, by property of Calan et al.
    - Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan, with coordinates S. 89° 59' E., 2,631.40 m., more or less, from B.L.L.M. No. 1, municipality of Kayan, Mountain Province.
    - The land has an area of 6,818 square meters, more or less.
    - Points "1," "2," "3," and "4" are marked by P.L.S. stone monuments, and point "5" is marked by a cross on a stone boulder.
    - Bearings are true, with a declination of 0° 45' E.
    - The survey was conducted from November 5, 1937, to March 18, 1938, and approved on July 2, 1938.
