Reserving for School Purposes Three Parcels of Land in Barrio Colonia, Carmen, Bohol

- Excludes the three parcels of land from the operation of Proclamation No. 29, series of 1922.
- Reserves the three parcels of land for school purposes under the administration of the Director of Education, pursuant to Section 81 of Act No. 2874, as amended.
- The three parcels of land are situated in Barrio Colonia, Municipality of Carmen, Province of Bohol, Island of Bohol, and are more particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-340.

Lot No. 1 (Section 1):
- Area: 16,522 square meters.
- Bounded on the northeast, southeast, and southwest by roads; on the west by Lot No. 2; and on the northwest by Lot No. 204.

Lot No. 2 (Section 2):
- Area: 1,498 square meters.
- Points 1 and 2 are B.L. concrete monuments.
- Bounded on the east by Lot No. 1; on the southwest by road; on the west by Lot No. 3; and on the northwest by road.

Lot No. 3 (Section 3):
- Area: 1,261 square meters.
- Points 1 and 3 are B.L. concrete monuments.
- Bounded on the east by Lot No. 2; and on the southwest and northwest by public land.

- Bearings are true, with declination of 1°35' E.
- Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-340.
- Surveyed on December 22, 1934, and April 10, 1935.
- Approved on July 8, 1935.

Notes:
- Lot No. 1 is Lot No. 164 of Carmen, P.L.S. cadastre No. 26, but portions of II-14153 as surveyed for the Bohol Agricultural Colony.
- Lots Nos. 2 and 3 are outside of Carmen P.L.S. cadastre No. 26, but portions of II-14153 as surveyed for the Bohol Agricultural Colony.
- All corners not otherwise described are old B.L. concrete monuments 15 by 60 cms.
