• Pursuant to Section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, the following parcels of public domain are withdrawn from sale or settlement and reserved for school purposes under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any:
- Lot No. 1 (school site) in Barrio Pagsanghan, Tarangnan, Samar
• Area: 9,806 square meters
• Boundaries: North - proposed barrio road; East - public land; South - proposed barrio road; West - Lot No. 3 of plan 11-2246; Northwest - property of municipal government of Tarangnan (school site)
• Survey details: Surveyed on March 27, 1940; Approved on June 29, 1940
- Lot No. 2 (school site) in Barrio Oeste, Tarangnan, Samar
• Area: 5,336 square meters
• Boundaries: North - property of Basilio Labian; Northeast - property of municipal government of Tarangnan; South - barrio road (proposed extension); Southwest - property of Jesus Cataros
• Survey details: Surveyed on March 28, 1940; Approved on June 29, 1940
• Condition: If the site is abandoned for school purposes, the land shall revert to public forest.

Proclamation No. 627
RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES TWO (2) PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIOS OF PAGSANGHAN AND OESTE, MUNICIPALITY OF TARANGNAN, PROVINCE OF SAMAR.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrios of Pagsanghan and Oeste, municipality of Tarangnan, Province of Samar, islands of Samar and Libucan, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-414, to wit:
Lot No. 1. (school site)Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-414, S. 83″ 52′ E. 2,733.00 m., more or less, from U. S. C. and G. S. Triangulation Station "Gandara," thence N. 88° 25′ E. 71.89 m. to point 2; S....
