RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIOS OF BALANGBANG AND DAMAG, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF MAYOYAO, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the Public domain, situated in the barrios of Balangbang and Damag, municipal district of Mayoyao, Mountain Province, island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu-107867, to wit:

- A parcel of land (Lot No. 3, Plan Psu-107867) with an area of 14,926 square meters, more or less.
- Bounded by properties of various individuals and the Roman Catholic Church.
- Specific boundary points and markers are described in detail, including bearings, declination, and survey dates.

Lot No. 4 (Barrio of Damag School Site)
- A parcel of land (Lot No. 4, Plan Psu-107867) with an area of 39,263 square meters, more or less.
- Bounded by properties of individuals, public land, and a creek.
- Specific boundary points and markers are described in detail, including bearings, declination, and survey dates.

The reservation is subject to private rights, if any, and is made pursuant to Section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended.
