RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE POBLACION, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF SAN MARIANO, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from, sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the Poblacion, municipal district of San Mariano, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15596, to wit:
Lot No. 1.Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15596, S. 54° 49′ E., 1,928.95 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 2, municipal district of San Mariano, thence N. 14° 16′ W. 21.40 m. to point 2; N. 83° 12′ E. 47.02 m. to...
