    - Bounded on the N. by Lot 3117-B of the subdivision plan, on the E. by national highway, and on the S. and W. by Lot 3117-B of the subdivision plan.
    - With an area of 10,000 square meters, more or less.
    - Bearings, declination, and survey dates are provided.
- The parcel of land is reserved for school site purposes under the administration of the Director of Public Schools, subject to private rights, if any.
- The Proclamation is signed by President Ramon Magsaysay on June 22, 1955, in the City of Manila.
