RESERVING FOR SETTLEMENT FARM SCHOOL PRUPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF GIBATO, MUNICIPALITY OF DUMARAO, PROVINCE OF CAPIZ, ISLAND OF PANAY.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section, eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sail or settlement and reserve for settlement for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Gilbato, municipality of Dumarao, Province of Capiz, Island of Panay, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Pr-223, to wit:
Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Pr-223, S. 84° 11 W. 13,383.44 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 2, barrio of Lemery, municipality of Sara, thence N. 19° 08 E. 449.61 m. to point 2; N. 18° 48...
