Proclamation No. 610
RESERVING FOR SETTLEMENT PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE MALLIG PLAINS, MUNICIPALITIES OF CABAGAN, GAMU, ILAGAN AND TUMAUINI, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby reserve for settlement purposes, under the administration of the National Land Settlement Administration, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain situated in the Mallig Plains, municipalities of Cabagan, Gamu, Ilagan and Tumauini, Province of Isabela, island of Luzon, to wit:
Beginning at a point marked "1" which is identical with corner 2 of the boundary and index map of Cabagan, Pls44. ("Paculago"); thence S. 58° 48′ E. 2,938.13 meters to point "2" which is identical with corner 3 of Pls-44 ("Magamut Norte"); thence S. 6° 38′ E. 2,713.54 meters to point "3" which- is corner 4 of Pls-44 ("Magamut East...
