Reservation of Land for Settlement Purposes
- A parcel of public domain land situated in the municipalities of Milagros, Cawayan, and Uson, Province of Masbate, is reserved for settlement and development purposes under the administration and control of the National Resettlement and Rehabilitation Administration (NARRA). (Section 1)
- The reservation is subject to private rights, if any, and to future classification and survey. (Section 1)
- The timber and other forest products, as well as the use and occupancy of the area indicated as timberland and forest reserves, shall remain under the administration and control of the Bureau of Forestry in accordance with Forest Laws and Regulations. (Section 1)

Land Description and Area
- The land is particularly described with metes and bounds, starting from a point marked 1 at the intersection of Malbug River and Bañga River, and containing an approximate area of 8,800 hectares, more or less. (Section 1)
- The area is subject to change to conform with future survey. (Section 1)

Protection of Rights
- To protect the rights of public land applicants, occupants, and/or claimants to certain portions of the land, the portions claimed and/or occupied by them are excluded from the reservation. (Section 2)
