- Pursuant to Section 84 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, the following parcels of public domain are withdrawn from sale or settlement and reserved for the exclusive use of non-Christians under the administration of the Department of the Interior:
• Lot No. 1602 in Barrio Damulog, Orion, Bataan:
- Area: 140,072 square meters
- Bounded by Lot No. 1604 (northeast), Pita River (southeast), Lot No. 2749 (southwest), and Pita Road (northwest)
- Specific metes and bounds described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14480
• Lot No. 1603 in Barrio Kapot, Orion, Bataan:
- Area: 169,050 square meters
- Bounded by Lot No. 1548 (northeast), road (southeast), Lot No. 2749 (south), and Pita River (northwest)
- Specific metes and bounds described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14480
- The reservation is subject to private rights, if any.
- Bearings and points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14480.
- Surveyed on November 23-24, 1936 and approved on February 16, 1938.

RESERVING FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF NON-CHRISTIANS TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIOS OF DAMULOG AND KAPOT, MUNICIPALITY OF ORION, PROVINCE OF BATAAN, ISLAND OF LUZON
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-four of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for the exclusive use of non-Christians, under the administration of the Department of the Interior, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrios of Damulog and Kapot, municipality of Orion, Province of Bataan, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14480, to wit:
Lot No. 1602. Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14480. N. 38° 25′ W. 461.40 m. more or less from B. L. L. M. No. 5, Orion Cad. No. 241, thence S. 50° 10′ E. 235.39 m. to point 2; S....
