- Pursuant to Section 64(e) of the Revised Administrative Code and Article 1 of the Agreement Between the Republic of the Philippines and the United States of America concerning Military Bases, the President reserves the following:
• A parcel of land belonging to the private domain of the Government, situated in the Municipal District of Diliman, Quezon City, Island of Luzon.
• The land is bounded on the NW., NE. and SE., by Lot R.P.-3-B-4-B of plan Bsd-10352; and on the SW., by Timog Avenue and Highway "54".
• The land has an area of 361,395 square meters, more or less, as described in the Bureau of Lands sketch plan.
• The reservation is subject to private rights, if any there be.
• The land is reserved for the use of the United States Navy.

Proclamation No. 259
RESERVING FOR THE UNITED STATES NAVY PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND BELONGING TO THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF DILIMAN, QUEZON CITY, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 64 (e) of the Revised Administrative Code, and article one (1) of the Agreement Between the Republic of the Philippines and the United States of America concerning Military Bases, signed at Manila on the 14th day of March, 1947, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for the use of the United States Navy, subject to private rights, if any there, be, certain parcel of land belonging to the private domain of the Government, situated in the Municipal District of Diliman, Quezon City, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described in the Bureau of Lands sketch plan, to wit:
