Reservation of Land for Economic Development Corps (EDCOR)
- Reserves a parcel of public domain land situated in Kabacan and Kidapawan, Cotabato, Mindanao for the use of EDCOR under the Armed Forces of the Philippines. (Section 1)

Conditions and Restrictions
- The area is subject to classification by the Bureau of Forestry. (Section 2.1)
- Portions classified as timberlands will remain under the control and administration of the Bureau of Forestry and excluded from the reservation. (Section 2.2)
- A 15-meter strip on each side of public trails used as timber outlets and a 40-meter strip from the highest bank on each side of streams for stream bank protection are reserved as timberlands. (Section 2.3)
- Utilization of existing forest products in released areas is subject to Forest and Internal Revenue Laws and Regulations. (Section 2.4)
- Current and future licensees have preferential rights in utilizing existing timber and constructing and maintaining logging trails as timber outlets in occupied areas authorized by the Secretary of National Defense. (Section 2.4)
