Proclamation No. 413
RESERVING FOR THE USE OF THE NATIONAL POWER CORPORATION CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE SOUTH HARBOR, PORT AREA, CITY OF MANILA.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for the use of the National Power Corporation, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of the public domain situated in the South Harbor, Port Area, City of Manila and more particularly described, in the Bureau of Lands plan Swo-20567, to wit:
Lot 3 (Block 1)
A parcel of land (lot 3, block 1 of the resurvey and subdivision plan Swo-20567, being a portion of certain portion of Reclamation Plan 1, G.L.R.O. Record No.), situated in the South Harbor, Port Area District, City of Manila.
