- Pursuant to Section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, the President withdraws from sale or settlement and reserves for the use of the National Shipyards and Steel Corporation certain parcels of public domain situated in Camp Overton, Iligan City, subject to the following:
• Private rights, if any there be. (Section 83, Commonwealth Act No. 141)
• 20-meter-wide road right-of-way for the existing Dansalan-Misamis Oriental, 1st class National Road.
• 10-meter-wide road right-of-way for the existing Tominubo Barrio Road.
- The parcels of land are more particularly described in the Bureau of Lands Plan No. Swo-30587, with an area of 1,449,779 square meters, more or less.
- The boundaries, bearings, and coordinates of the parcels are specified in detail, with reference points marked on the ground by concrete monuments, stakes, and other markers.
- The survey is a portion of 11-5918, as surveyed for Camp Overton Military Reservation, with a declination of 1° 00' E, and the plan was prepared on April 16, 1952, and approved on April 17, 1952.

Proclamation No. 324
RESERVING FOR THE USE OF THE NATIONAL SHIPYARDS AND STEEL CORPORATION CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN ILIGAN CITY.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement, and reserve for the use of the National Shipyards and Steel Corporation, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to the 20-meter-wide road right-of-way for the existing Dansalan-Misamis Oriental, 1st class National Road, and the 10-rrieter-wide road right-of-way for the existing Tominubo Barrio Road, certain parcels of the public domain situated in Camp Overton, Iligan City, and more particularly described in the Bureau of Lands Plan No. Swo-30587, to wit:
