RESERVING FOR WATERSHED PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF YAGANAC, MUNICIPALITY OF CALAUAG, PROVINCE OF TAYABAS, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for watershed purposes, under the administration of the municipality of Calauag, Tayabas, subject to private rigths if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Yaganac, municipality of Calauag, Province of Tayabas, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr222, to wit:
Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-222, S. 77° 27′ E. 1,982.95 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 2, barrio of Yaganac, municipality of Calauag, thence N. 74° 24′ E. 124.33 m. to point 2; N. 59° 48′ E. 74.35...

Reserving for Watershed Purposes a Parcel of the Public Domain
- Reserves a parcel of public land situated in Barrio Yaganac, Municipality of Calauag, Province of Tayabas, Island of Luzon for watershed purposes under the administration of the municipality of Calauag, Tayabas.
- The parcel is described in detail with metes and bounds, bearings, and coordinates, covering an area of 327.8577 hectares.
- The parcel is bounded on the north by properties claimed by Hilario Espinosa, Aquilino Florido, Quiterio Camara, Pedro Fulgar vs. Eriberto Labaco and Jose Olbliga vs. Natividad de Dios; on the east, by Hinabaan River and public land (forest zone); on the south, by public land (forest zone) and property claimed by Domingo Florido; and on the west, by properties claimed by Salvador Paulino, Nemesio Mayo, Escolastico Umandab, Rosendo Capunon, and Catalino Silverio.
- The reservation is made pursuant to Section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141.
- The reservation is subject to private rights, if any.
- The proclamation is signed by President Manuel L. Quezon on January 2, 1939.
