Reserving Land for Workingmen's Village (Barrio Obrero) in Iloilo City

- Pursuant to Section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, the President withdraws from sale or settlement and reserves two parcels of public domain land in Iloilo City for Workingmen's Village (Barrio Obrero) purposes. (Section 1)
- The parcels are to be administered by the City of Iloilo in accordance with regulations promulgated by the City Government with the approval of the President, subject to private rights, if any. (Section 1)

Lot 1 (Barrio Obrero):
- A parcel of land situated in Barrio Lapuz Norte, Municipal District of La Paz, Iloilo City, Island of Panay. (Section 1)
- Bounded by Iloilo Strait on the NE and SE, lot 1-A of plan 11-7000 (Phil. Ry. Co.) and lot 3 of Barrio Obrero on the SW, and lot 3 of Barrio Obrero and Mansaya River on the NW. (Section 1)
- Specific boundary points and bearings are provided, with an area of 304,976 square meters, more or less. (Section 1)

Lot 3 (Barrio Obrero):
- A parcel of land situated in Barrio Lapuz Norte, Municipal District of La Paz, Iloilo City, Island of Panay. (Section 1)
- Bounded on the NE by lot 2 (portion of lot 3810, Iloilo cadastre and lot 1 of Barrio Obrero), on the SE by lot 1 of Barrio Obrero, on the SW by lot 2 (portion of lot 3810, Iloilo cad.) and lot 3834, Iloilo cad., and on the NW by lot 2 (portion of lot 3810, Iloilo Cad.) and Mansaya River. (Section 1)
- Specific boundary points and bearings are provided, with an area of 26,399 square meters, more or less. (Section 1)
