Reserving Two Parcels of Public Domain in Cotabato for Radio-Post-Office Site
- Pursuant to Section 73 of Act No. 2874, as amended, the President withdraws from sale or settlement and reserves the following parcels of public domain in Cotabato, Cotabato Province, Mindanao for radio-post-office site under the administration of the Director of Posts, subject to private rights:

Lot No. 1:
- A parcel of land (Lot No. 1 of subdivision plan Bsd-4482, portion of Lot No. 2427 of cadastral survey of Cotabato, G.L.R.O. Cadastral Record No. 296) in Poblacion, Cotabato.
- Bounded by specific lots as described in technical detail.
- Beginning at a point marked "1" on Bureau of Lands plan, with bearings, distances, and coordinates provided.
- Containing an area of 1,432 square meters, more or less.
- All points marked by B.L. concrete monuments, with bearings, declination, and survey dates specified.

Lot No. 10:
- A parcel of land (Lot No. 10 of subdivision plan Bsd-4482, portion of Lot No. 2427 of cadastral survey of Cotabato, G.L.R.O. Cadastral Record No. 296) in Poblacion, Cotabato.
- Bounded by specific lots as described in technical detail.
- Beginning at a point marked "1" on Bureau of Lands plan, with bearings, distances, and coordinates provided.
- Containing an area of 357 square meters, more or less.
- All points marked by B.L. concrete monuments, with bearings, declination, and survey dates specified.

The Proclamation is signed by President Manuel L. Quezon on December 12, 1935, and countersigned by Secretary of the Interior Teofilo Sison.
