November 26, 1986

EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 67-A November 26, 1986 REVOKING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 67 WHEREAS, Executive Order No. 67 was issued by the President to reorganize the Civil Service Commission; WHEREAS, in view of the fact that the proposed Constitution was to be submitted to a plebiscite and it contained provisions on the Civil Service, Executive Order No. 67 must be revoked. NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby order: Sec. 1. Executive Order No. 67 is hereby revoked. Sec. 2. All laws, orders, issuances, rules, regulations or parts thereof inconsistent with this Executive Order are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. Sec. 3. This Executive Order shall take effect immediately. DONE in the City of Manila, Philippines, this 26th day of November, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and eighty-six.
