EXECUTIVE ORDER No. 8
In view of the confusion existing in the boundaries of the reservation first temporarily made by Act of the Commission Numbered Six hundred and thirty-six in the present city of Baguio, subprovince of Benguet, Mountain Province, and subsequently enlarge and changed into Baguio town-site reservation, and in view of existing conflicts between the boundaries of the said town-site reservation and those of the military reservation commonly known as Camp John Hay, and in view of the desirability of removing all existing obstacles to a definite determination of the boundaries of the said reservation and the town site of Baguio, Executive Order Numbered Thirty-seven, dated the twenty-third day of September, nineteen hundred and seven, of the Governor-General of the Philippine Islands is hereby revoked.

Executive Order No. 8
This Executive Order revokes Executive Order No. 37 dated September 23, 1907 of the Governor-General of the Philippine Islands.
Reasons for revocation:

- Conflicts between the boundaries of the Baguio town-site reservation and the military reservation known as Camp John Hay.
