MALACAÑANG PALACEManila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 442 REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 29, DATED JANUARY 29, 1936, AND DECLARING THE LAND RESERVED THEREBY OPEN TO DISPOSITION. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, concurred in by the Secretary of Labor, I hereby revoke Proclamation Numbered Twenty-nine, dated January twenty-ninth, nineteen hundred and thirty-six, and declare the land reserved thereby open to disposition. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my band and caused the seal of the Commonwealth of the Philippines to be affixed. Done at the City of Manila, this thirtieth day of August, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and thirty-nine, and of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, the fourth. MANUEL L.
