MALACAÑANGRESIDENCE OF THE PRESIDENTOF THE PHILIPPINESManila Proclamation No. 74 REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 515 DATED NOVEMBER 7, 1932, AND DECLARING OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT THE PARCEL OR PARCELS OF LAND COVERED THEREBY SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF TANABAG, MUNICIPALITY OF PUERTO PRINCESA, PROVINCE AND ISLAND OF PALAWAN Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 88 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby revoke Proclamation No. 515 dated November 7, 1932, and declare the parcel or parcels of land covered thereby situated in the Barrio of Tanabag, Municipality of Puerto Princesa, Province and Island of Palawan, open to disposition under the provisions of the said Act.
