Revoking Proclamation No. 565, Dated March 30, 1933, and Declaring the Land Reserved Thereunder Situated in the City of Iloilo, Island of Panay, Open to Disposition Under the Public Land Act

MALACAÑANGManila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 218 REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 565, DATED MARCH 30, 1933, AND DECLARING THE LAND RESERVED THEREUNDER SITUATED IN THE CITY OF ILOILO, ISLAND OF PANAY, OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PUBLIC LAND ACT. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 88 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby revoke Proclamation No. 565, dated March 30, 1933 and declare the land covered thereby open to disposition under the provisions of said Act.
