- Designates the park to remain under the administration of the Bureau of Forestry, subject to the general executive control and supervision of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce.

REVOKING PROCLAMATION NUMBERED SIX HUNDRED AND FIFTY-NINE, SERIES OF NINETEEN HUNDRED AND THIRTY-FOUR, AS AMENDED BY PROCLAMATION NUMBERED THREE HUNDRED AND NINETY-NINE, SERIES OF NINETEEN HUNDRED AND THIRTY-NINE; AND ESTABLISHING AS MANLELUAG SPRING NATIONAL PARK FOR THE BENEFIT AND ENJOYMENT OF THE PEOPLE OF THE PHILIPPINES THE PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAÑGATAREM, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, I, Manuel L. Quezon, President of the Philippines, hereby revoke Proclamation Numbered Six hundred and fifty-nine, dated February seventeen, nineteen hundred and thirty-four, as amended by Proclamation Numbered Three Hundred and ninety-nine, dated April twenty-eight, nineteen hundred and thirty-nine, reserving a parcel of land situated in the municipality of Marigatarem, Province of Pangasinan, as forest Teserve, known as "Manleluag Spring Forest Reserve"; and, pursuant to the provisions of section one of Act Number Thirty-nine hundred and fifteen, entitled "An Act providing for the establishment of national parks, declaring such parks as game...
