EXECUTIVE ORDER No. 13

Pursuant to the provisions of Act Numbered Seventeen hundred and three and upon recommendation of the Secretary of Interior, the jail at Brooks Point Province of Palawan, is hereby designated an Insular penal institution. By reason of the requirements of public interests, all such provincial prisoners as may be designated by the provincial governor of said province, and all such Insular prisoners as may be by me designated, are hereby required to, and shall, serve their sentence or be detained, as the case may be, at said penal institution. The expenses of transportation, guarding, subsistence, care, and maintenance of said provincial and said provincial Insular prisoners shall be borne by the Province of Palawan as provided in and by section sixteen of said Act. The Director of Prisons is hereby authorized to designate, subject to my approval, a suitable person to act as his representative in the management of said penal institution.

Designation of Jail at Brooks Point, Palawan as an Insular Penal Institution
- The jail at Brooks Point, Province of Palawan, is designated as an Insular penal institution. (Section 1)
- Provincial prisoners designated by the provincial governor of Palawan and Insular prisoners designated by the Governor-General shall serve their sentences or be detained at the penal institution. (Section 1)
- The expenses for transportation, guarding, subsistence, care, and maintenance of the provincial and Insular prisoners shall be borne by the Province of Palawan as provided in Section 16 of Act Numbered Seventeen hundred and three. (Section 1)
- The Director of Prisons is authorized to designate, subject to the Governor-General's approval, a suitable person to act as their representative in the management of the penal institution. (Section 1)
