• Banaue, Ifugao (Section I): A parcel of land with an area of 28,908 square meters, with specific technical description and boundaries provided.
• Bauco, Mt. Province (Section II): A portion of 9.19 hectares from the Mt. Data National Park, with specific technical description and boundaries provided.
• Baguio City (Section III): Three lots with a total area of 9,056 square meters, more or less, with specific technical descriptions and boundaries provided.
Restrictions and Conditions
• The Philippine Tourism Authority may not alienate the said parcels of land or any portion thereof without the prior approval of the President of the Philippines (Section III).
• The Philippine Tourism Authority may encumber the parcels of land to any government financing institution for development purposes (Section III).
Revocation and Amendment
• All laws, proclamations, and executive orders inconsistent with this Decree are hereby revoked or amended accordingly (Section III).
Effectivity
• This Decree shall take effect immediately (Section III).

PRESIDENTIAL DECREE No. 1172
TRANSFERRING AND CONVEYING TO THE PHILIPPINE TOURISM AUTHORITY CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC AND PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT LOCATED IN BANAUE, IFUGAO PROVINCE, BAUCO, MT. PROVINCE AND BAGUIO CITY FOR TOURISM DEVELOPMENT PURPOSES
By virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, hereby transfer and cede to the Philippine Tourism Authority for tourism development purposes certain parcels of land of the public and private domain of the government located in Banaue, Ifugao, Bauco, Mt. Province and Baguio City which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:
I. Banaue.
"A parcel of land situated in Banaue, Ifugao, beginning at point 1. which is S.20 58'E 868.94 m. from BLLM 1, Banaue,. Ifugao;
thence N. 8035'E., 86.32 m. to pt. 2;
thence S. 16_47'E., 156.57 m. to pt. 3;
thence S. 2_06'E., 159.67 m. to pt. 4;
thence N. 70_34'W., 56.64 m. to pt. 5;
thence N. 42_06'W., 43.16 m. to pt....
